RevCycleU was founded by Dr. Jessica Miller,EdD., a healthcare revenue cycle executive, educator, and lifelong advocate for operational excellence in healthcare.

With executive leadership experience spanning revenue cycle operations, payer strategy, revenue integrity, patient financial services, and organizational transformation, Jessica recognized a persistent challenge: healthcare professionals are often expected to master revenue cycle management through experience alone, with limited access to structured, practical education.

Driven to change that, she earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Healthcare Administration and Executive Leadership, where her doctoral research examined the impact of revenue cycle education on medical claim reimbursement and organizational financial performance. As a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE), she combines academic research with real-world leadership to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
